However; according to its Terms of Service page: "We do not grant refunds at this time, and all products on the Sites are sold on a non-returnable basis."
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee” or similar representations in advertising if the seller refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product at the consumer's request. In addition, any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed. Since the business has a no refund policy, BBB suggested that it discontinue stating “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and clearly and conspicuously disclose the terms of its refund policy. The business did not respond to BBB.
