Issue happened today, Saturday 2/11. Brought a brand new car I bought 2 weeks ago. The car was in pristine condition. When the machine was pulling my car through the car wash it wasn’t aligned properly and it scraped my wheels against the metal guard rails to keep the car on track. As a result all of my wheels and 1 of my tires have been damaged badly. There are chunks of the rim that were scraped off, the paint and coating is scratched all over. When I talked to the manager he said “oh yea we get complaints from people they we damaged their wheels but it’s not us” clearly he didn’t see how ridiculous he sounded. he was completely unwilling to work with me or admit fault in any way. He didnt take the complaint seriously from the start laughing to his coworkers and saying “this guy says I damaged his car”. He went in with a totally closed mind. The damage is probably in the $1000 range.Initial Complaint

Personal Touch Car Wash *********** ** Message: I brought my father in laws ******* ******* to the Litchfield location on 8-27-22. This was the only time I brought the car to you and the only time I have ever washed this car. They charged me for a monthly payment plan and I told him I did not want that. The guy, employee 3162, said he would cancel it for me but he did not know how to do it. He also said I would be reimbursed $14.00. I never saw that amount on my credit card as a reimbursement. I recently looked at my credit card statement and found that I have been charged monthly for $35.00. I was charged on 9-28-22, 10-28-22, and for 11-28-22. I went to the car wash to get the charges removed on 12-5-22. The Manager, employee 2050, was not very under****ding. He said there were no charges under my name, **** ******. I asked him to look under ******* *********. He said ******* brought the car in twice since I was in. I told him ******* died in August and could not have brought the car in. Additionally, his wife who has the car at her house has not brought the car to Personal Touch either. The Manager said he would cancel the account. He gave me a receipt that said the car on the account was a 2005 ******** Deville. I told him ******* never owned that car. I then asked him when the car was washed and he would not tell me. He would not refund my money because he said the car was washed twice since I was in. I explained to him again that I was only there one time with the ******* and I have never been there with a ********. Certainly my dead father in law would not be driving a ********. I want the use of my credit card for a recurrent payment to stop. I never authorized it. I want my money back for the payments of , $35.00 that were charged to me and the $14.00 over charge for a single wash given back. **** ******Initial Complaint

I cancelled my monthly plan on February 22, 2022 on my last visit to the carwash before moving out of state. They have continued the monthly charges (currently $35.10) on the first of every month since (March - August), which I have disputed with my credit card company. The credit card company has reversed every charge so I am not seeking a refund. I have left 3 voicemail messages at the phone number on my credit card statement (###-###-####), I have submitted 2 requests through the contact form on the website, and I have called the number on the contact form (###-###-####) three times, leaving a message twice. I have not reached a person, nor have my calls been returned. I am attaching the confirmation emails that my online submissions were received. I just want the monthly charges to stop. I have moved 900 miles away, so I can't just go there in person to square this away. Thank you for your assistance.
