9/24/2024 I went and purchased a product for my car there pi paid 1400 for Apple car play and so I can mirror my phone to my car so upon doing so the next day the product wasn’t working I contacted them and they said bring back the car so I did so. After getting my car back same problems occurred so I said I wasn’t satisfied and wanted refund and was told I can’t get my money back. I also offered to atlease get half my money back and was still told no and I also said can I have less then half of my money back and was still denied.Business response

Good Morning
** ******* came into Action Audio enquiring to convert his 2019 ******** *** radio screen to a ***** *******/mirroring feature, i explained to ** ******* that it is possible but we need to special order the interface in which he agreed and left a deposit to have that done, He then came in a few days later for the install and i explained to him i need his vehicle vin number so that the company can program the part to work with the computer of his car of which he agreed upon.
We proceeded to order the piece in and contacted him when it came in for installation.
Upon completion of the device, ** ******* paid his balance and uplifted his car.
He then called the next day and stated his back up camera and one of the features that the module comes with is not working, i scheduled him to drop the vehicle off so i can contact technical support to fix the problem, we then fixed the problem and called ** ******* to uplift his car.
When he came to uplift the vehicle I proceeded to test the back up camera and the mirroring feature to show him that they work before he left, however the carplay feature was not connecting on his phone, but it was connecting on our test phone. It was end of day at that point and the tech support department was closed, i then called him the next day and told him it was because i had the test phone connected to the carplay his was not connecting, but i did tested 3 other phones and they all connected, i advised him he can come down so we can test all the feature on his phone, he then said he changed his mind he don't want it in his car anymore because he don't trust it anymore.
I said it does not work like that because it was a special order, the part and labor comes with a one year warranty , which covers if something went wrong we will troubleshoot it or swap it out free of cost.
He continues to say he wants it out of his car and his car to go back to the original screen and hang up the phone on me.
