I order a long-sleeve shirt size XL, however it didn't fit. Order #***** in September / October 2021 for $75. Company is claiming you order a clothing item, you're then entered into a giveaway for a new wakeboard boat and truck. Someone should investigate if this is actually true? I sent the product back, the company refused to offer a refund. Offering an exchange for another clothing item. I sent the requested items for an exchange. The company never sent a new item for the exchange. The company stopped responding to my emails asking for the item. There is no customer service phone # listed anywhere. I no longer see a website available for the company. The customer service email - sales@twentytwentyco.com - no longer works. The email is showing undeliverable. Ordered Merch on 10/27 for almost $200, reached out in December and was told it was because of National Shipping Delays. Its now May and no shipping info or merch. Company website doesn't work and emails are now bouncing backInitial Complaint

Placed an order with this company at the beginning of the year, its been 4 months, and i haven't recieved my items. It's my understanding that this company is no longer in business, and I have no way of reaching out to them for a refund. Order ***** for $156.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on dec 17, 2021 with TwentyTwentyCo to be entered into a drawing to win a truck. My order was never shipped and was for $93 I spent with them. I have had zero response from them and I’ve tried calling, emailing, and messaging them through their Instagram account. Their last post said he’s lost his merchandise, TWICE, to send out to customers which isn’t true because they advertise as their own printing company. Many others have been scammed by them and have left comments on their posts on Instagram and they’ve now limited the amounts of comments that can be made. Thus being impossible to contact them or warn other people not to spend money with them.Initial Complaint

On January 9th 2022 I paid $54 to twenty twenty co for a pair of sun glasses to enter a sweepstakes and possibly enter to win a truck. It has been more than a month my order has not been for filled and the winner of the truck has not been announced several customers are being ignored and they continue to ignore emails and calls and social media is being set so customers cannot make comments to warn people.Initial Complaint

Company is running a sweepstakes. Buy merchandise for entries to win a truck. Companies last post was on Jan 10th since then they have not posted anything. My order I made Jan 9th along with many other people's orders made up to 5 months ago have not been shipped. They will not respond to emails. Further more they never announced the winner. Upon contacting the sweepstakes company that the entries were sent to they said the drawing has ended because they were called and told a winner has already been selected. This company has scammed myself along with many other you can visit the comments of their most recent post Jan 10th to see the many people that have not received there orders made up to 5 months ago.Initial Complaint

Jan 1st ordered a shirt for $76.00. This company sells items that go towards a raffle for a larger prize. They have not responded to me or anyone on their social media accounts regarding shipping bought items and have yet to announce who won. Given the timeline and how long it takes to receive winner results they are far behind not to mention not receiving my bought item in the first place. They are also actively deleting comments from people asking the same questions as me on social media and deleted their post about announcing a winner soon. I'd like a full refund.Initial Complaint

On October 18, 2021 I made a purchase from Twenty Twenty Co. online. It is now January 6, 2022 and I still have not received my order. This company does not answer emails does not answer phone calls. On December 6, 2021 I got an email from Twenty Twenty saying “ Hey ********, We are currently experiencing delayed turnaround times with our distributors due to the holiday season. Thank you for bearing with us and understanding. Our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to send out your orders. Tracking will be updated once it is sent. Thank you again, The TwentyTwentyCo Team” I replied requesting a refund and got no answer still to today. This company has horrible communication and zero customer service skills. I want a refund this company is trash.
