On 1/17/24, I took my car through the car wash at 3:30PM during my lunch break. That afternoon once I got out of work at 4:30PM, I noticed the entire left side of the top of my hood was scratched. I noticed while I was going through the car wash that I heard a loud sound that could have been from ice flying around. At 6pm that same evening, after class, I went back to the establishment to report the issue. I talked with a staff person who took photos and answered "Yes" when I asked them if they have seen this issue happen to other people. I was referred to come back the next day and speak to a manager. The next day at 1:30PM, I met with the manager named Kino Satchell. He took no responsibility for the damage done to my car by the business he manages. I asked to review the cameras with him to see the condition my car was in prior to going through the car wash. You can vividly see my hood is not damaged going into the car wash on the cameras. I requested that a copy of this video be sent to me and he emailed me a blank file. I asked to speak with his supervisor but was told he does not have one. I contacted corporate twice via their online messenger on their website and have not heard back. I purchased a membership to this car wash in November for 29 dollars a month but the company increased the monthly fee to 39 on me without notifying me or receiving my approval first. I cancelled this membership the week before this damage occurred. I had about 2 weeks left of using this membership that I paid for but now I will no longer return. I submitted a police report on Friday 1/18/24 regarding this matter.
