For the last few months I have been trying to place supplies orders unsuccessfully. I have been given different information as to why the order can not be fulfilled. I call several times throughout the week every week and have not received help in the last few months. I tried to place an order to ship out of the country and was asked to provide a purchase order, then was told that they need to obtain approval and still waiting several weeks later with no reason why it is pending. I tried to place a similar order for a project within the state of *** **** and have been rejected because the supplies are similar to the previous order. I don't get a clear reason why my order can not be fulfilled. I have had to push back my construction project dates more then once. Unsure what the reason is why they will not sale the items to me. I feel like I am being discriminated for whatever personal reasons they have. I have spoken to a supervisor who said their is no reason why the order is not being fulfilled but yet they still have not processed it. This delay is causing my business loss of income and has added a lot of stress. I have spent hours trying to work this out with them and I keep getting the run around. This compa** is the cheapest in my area and as a small business, it is what I afford.Business response

We were unable to process this order due to violation of our export compliance policy and procedures. The customer called saying the order needed to be sent to the **** and we notified them that this was an export order and additional paperwork needed to be completed which would add time. They then called back saying they no longer were going to send to the **** and wanted to send to an address in ** which came back as a freight forwarder. As part of our export policies and procedures we notified the customer that this is an export and needs to follow our export process. They called back again trying to change where it was getting shipped to and we told them we couldn't proceed with the order.
