Apple (Golden Sach’s) is the worst credit card ever!!! My cell phone got locked & lost my virtual Apple credit card & everything else on my phone. They wasted uncountable hours & days trying to restore my account back. Today was the worst, passing me from one senior advisor to another total of five! On the phone around 3 1/2 hours. Nothing accomplished but a waist of TIME!!! Any other company resolve’s lost credit card problem’s with one short phone call. They immediately cancel your lost card & issue you a new one on the spot. They say you will have your new credit card in 10 to 12 days. Apple & Goldman Sachs put me through days of H@LL!!!!! BEWARE. PS they told me the card is still good! The account is not.on my phone anymore??????

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years. I mobile deposited an expense check from my work. 4 months later someone with a different name was able to deposit the same check. Wells Fargo took the amount of money out of my account for a double deposit. Even though I cashed the original check 4 months earlier. This is some type of fraud that should not have come out of my account

Beware, they will ask for email and then sign you up for a paid membership that they don't explain until after they signed you up. Then you can't cancel until 72 hours after they sign you up. You also need a member number to cancle and it's not given to you. I tried the number on the card but it's to long. Won't be shopping here EVER AGAIN !!! SHADY

Most awful customer "service" I have ever experienced. I book d a flight through them as part of CHASE Rewards, got a confirmation email and my card was charged. Show up at the airport to find out there is no ticket. I call to ask them to correct that while there is still time to make my flight. They tell me they're trying to figure it out (not rocket science, just rebook the flight). They put me on hold 45 minutes until I miss my flight. Then offer to rebook me on some ridiculous red-eye nightmare itinerary. I decline and go home. Wasted an entire day. And the charge for the phantom ticket is still on my card. I call about the whole thing, spend 2.5h on the phone. They try to give me 7,000 point, worth about $100. I just laugh and say try again. I also try to rebook the trip i just missed. Fare is now $500 extra and they refuse to cover that saying i accepted the 7,000 points as a settlement of my claim. I tell them to listen to the recording and try again. By then I realize a few things: they held me up at the airport on purpose, because rebooking my flight on the spot would have been too expensive. Again, THEY MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT ON PURPOSE. They also put me on hold and hung up on me multiple times, hoping i would give up. I finally speak to a supervisor who gives me major attitude. I tell him they need to pay for my fare difference (caused by their mistake), and reimburse me for my expenses and compensate me for the major disruption and inconvenience. He argues with me that he'll only cover the flight, but in return will withdraw the points they had initially offered. He also says they won't cover the expenses they cost me, that it's the "rules". We argue and he finally agrees to cover my hotel (what about the "rules"?), refuses to cover the other expenses (just because he doesn't want to) and for the kicker, tells me reimbursement will be by CHECK (This is a credit card rewards program!) in a MONTH (pretty clear I'll never see the $). Nightmare

I'm not sure if I'm complaining for right company I typed select premium discounts n it gave me this option. *** emailed me about a survey n said I could get free gift for doin said survey. S&h was $9.99 I got pictures of my email receipt it was $9.99 for shipping but I got charged an extra $54 without me having clue to as y I cancelled my card n got a new one. I thought I was being scammed or someone stole my info. My bank gave me number associated with the charge n it was for select premium discounts. N they refused to refund me n wouldn't take the gift back . I don't want it still haven't used it. I'm very upset about this $54 is alot of money for me. I did scam report with my bank n they said they saw no error.

This is definitely a scam! While carefully reviewing my credit card statements, I just found TLG Great Fun charges me $16.99 every monthly, since July 2014!I had no idea about what this is for, so called the number in the statement, and heard that its a kind of membership program. However, I never signed this membership, and as they said, the account is even not activated. And I even didnt receive any email/letters from this company regarding this, so I was completely unaware of this monthly charge for last 7 years! After I searched my email back around that time of 2014, I could find a couple emails from TLG ******************* program, which are about the membership purchase on May 16, 2014, and cancellation confimation on Sep. 29, 2014.And these are matching with the credit card charges from July 2014 to Sep. 2014 from TLG *******************.However, I could see another recurring charges from TLG Great Fun since July 2014 until today. So now I realized that its the exactly same case with other peoples complained on BBB for this company; when I sign up with *******************, they signed me up with TLG Great Fun as well, without my consent, and this information have not been provided to me in any email. So I essentially only cancelled one part of the account. I searched all my spam, trash, and inbox, I found I had received no emails regarding TLG Great Fun.Now I could recognize that TLG is doing a bad practice of their business in this way by phishing customers.
