Approximately 4 years ago I received a package and **** from BottomLIneBooks after being away for 3 months on vacation. I contacted the company explaining I did not order from them & had been away. They told me not to return the book they sent, give it to ******************* the ****. So I did. Just before Thanksgiving this year, I received another package from them which I have not opened as I did not order anything from them. They send me a lot of junk mail which I throw away and I have no interest in ordering from them. I do not want any junk mail from them, I do not want their products and I do not want them to send me anything. I also do not know what to do with this last packageCustomer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Boardroom, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The only contact with them was: they sent another **** to me which I received 1/7/22 and I did not respond to it as I was going to contact BBB ** about them sending me another ****(see attached). I am currently concerned they will spoil my good credit rating and I am looking for the BBB ** to advise me on this matter.
