My Mum has dementia and took a downward turn very quickly after a small TIA. FCP was fast, responsive and sensitive. Within a week we had  carer in home for my Mum. The carer turned out to be an imperfect fit, and FCP was extremely pro-active in finding someone else. All staff were extremely professional and discrete. I highly recommend them!

The live in aid that my wife and I have ,has been wonderful. Going through the trouble my wife and I have , the caregiver has been a huge help. She cleans the house and prepares meals. Takes great care of my wife. I highly recommend this company and its staff !! Thank you ***** ****** 

Everyone at FCP live in was wonderful very professional and caring all my questions were answered very quickly and the home care was excellent I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for live in home care

I chose FCP Live-In because I wanted one person taking care of my mom. I didn't want multiple people floating in and out of my mom's house daily, which is what I had previously. Four part time aides showing up at different times or NOT showing up finally had me searching for a better solution. I am extremely happy I found FCP Live-In but I will say I wasn't totally sold in the beginning after previous experiences with part time aides. Steve, the care coordinator said he understood and said FCP Live-In has a two week grace period. If we were not happy we could stop. Granted I was fully hoping FCP would work out but still had to get over my fear. Thank god I went ahead because FCP Live-In was better than I had hoped! I couldn't be happier with FCP Live-In's service, our caregiver Destiny is WONDERFUL and our field supervisor Stephanie is ON TOP Of EVERYTHING! Thanks you FCP Live-In!

We started with FCP Live-In over two months ago and couldn't be happier. My Dad is slowly getting better thanks to Samuel, FCP Live-In's caregiver due to the care plan worked on by my father's doctor and FCP live-In after my fathers stroke. Samuel works with my father everyday even when my father can be difficult, but Samuel understands and is very patient. Judy, FCP Live-In's field supervisor regularly checks in for progress checks and to give me weekly updates, which Samuel also on a regular basis. My father is moving in a positive direction and Samuel has been there every step of the way for us and has been extremely helpful. FCP Live-In’s services are working out fantastic and the care they offer unbelievably great!!! I don't know what I would've done without FCP!

FCP Live-In has been a godsend. When the health of a parent suddenly takes a turn for the worse and you are trying to figure out what to do, its unbelievably helpful to have FCP Live-In by your side. I reached out to FCP on a Sunday and by Monday morning a care coordinator was calling and answering all my questions. By Tuesday he was at my Mom's house explaining everything and how FCP Live-In can help. All of this was new to me and my Mom but for our care coordinator and everyone at FCP, caring for a senior in a time of need is what they do regularly, so they had all the answers. We still weren't a 100% sure live-in care was what we needed but our care coordinator mentioned there is a 2 week grace period which made trying out FCP even easier. By Thursday our field supervisor was going over the care plan we created. By the following Tuesday our caregiver Emma was at my Moms house and by that Wednesday we knew we had made the right decision. Emma has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier and I have peace of mind knowing my Mom is getting the care she needs. Emma is keeping the house super clean and has my mom up and moving and doing her exercises every day. Even on those days my mom feels a little down Emma is still there with encouragement and TOGETHER they get through the day. I can see my Mom getting better everytime I visit. I can't say enough about the great things FCP Live-In has done. I wouldn't have known what to do without them!!!

I had no idea what to expect when hiring a live-in caregiver for my Dad. But I knew part-time care was not working and my father did not want to go to an assisted living facility. So I found FCP Live-In online during my research of what to do. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find FCP Live-In. My father is not the easiest and he is set in his ways, in a good way;) so I didn't know what to expect. FCP Live-In does have a 2 week grace period which I relied on in case this wasn't going to work. But I knew after two days FCP Live-In was perfect. The caregiver Tayvon was so understanding with my dad that they were joking around, even though my Dad is a die hard Red Sox fan and Tayvon likes the Yankees. Tayvon even has dinner ready before the games and the ribbing starts early when both teams meet. But the best thing is Tayvon has my Dad out of bed and dressed early in the morning like he use to always do and they are out of the house for a walk before nine. My dad enjoys the walks so much they even go when its raining in rain coats! I can't believe what a lifesaver FCP Live-In has been and even though I live out of state I receive messages from Tayvon daily and he is always punctual returning messages and FaceTiming. I am also regularly in touch with my field supervisor Kellie who also keeps me up to date ON EVERYTHING. Thank you FCP Live-In for your wonderful service. Knowing my dad is in good hands every day is a wonderful blessing!!!

We hired this company in April 2024 to help care for my 87 year old mother. We were very clear about her needs. We were assured that the staff consisted of mostly retired nurses and cna’s. That was a lie. The first girl refused to help my mom out of her chair because she didn’t want to hurt her own back. She would put the gait belt on her and pull her up from the front, like she was a sack of potatoes. The second girl tried to get us to do her food shopping, and pay for it. We were then told by the supervisor that she should have known the rules. When she did cook, the smells were terrible. The third girl was the worst. She was very mean, no patience at all, rough sponge baths, sloppy, and her room was a mess. She told my mom that this was her house too, and she could do whatever she wanted. The one thing the girls have in common is that they should never be allowed to work with the elderly again. It was like they really didn’t care about my mother, at all. This all took place in about 3 weeks. That’s how bad this was. Please, do not hire this company.

We could not have asked for a better match between my father and his caregiver! Maureen knows dementia and my dad's moods. She is polite and engages with him and is a good advocate for his needs. I couldn't be happier with everything Maureen and FCP Live-In has done to help me and my family get through this difficult time, especially since I live out of state. Maureen also cooks, cleans and makes sure that everything is perfect and she regularly engages with my dad which helps him tremendously. Also having one caregiver has made it very easy for my father to recognize her as a friend. Maureen and our FCP field supervisor keeps us updated regularly which makes our choice in FCP Live-In the PERFECT CHOICE!
