On 7/31/23, I went to kfc. I inquired about the 8 piece chicken and the 10 piece meal. I decided on the 10 piece meal as it was a better deal. The cashier accidentally charged my card for the 8 piece and the 10 piece meals. I told her that there was an error/ misunderstanding. I only wanted the 10 piece meal. She got the manager explained what happened and ashe her to cancel the order so she could redo it correctly. The manager came out and ask me why I wanted to change my order. I told her I only wanted one meal, not both. She told me I had to take both because that is what I ordered. I told her no. I wanted one meal an I wanted to be refunded for the 8 piece. She refused. I was in the restaurant for over 20 minutes while she yelled at the cashier infront of her coworkers ant the other customers. I explained that she did not do anything wrong, it was just a misunderstanding. She refused to refund my money. I eventually left the restaurant without the food and was out $48.23. The cashier wrote a note on the back of the receipt and asked me to return to the restaurant when this particular manager was not on duty to get my money back.
