We found the Better Business Company through the BBB website - The Loyal Fence Company LLC to install the fence for us. But in April this year, we were surprised to find that the fence was broken. A gust of wind actually blew the fence. I tried to fix it but found that the railing was too short and there was no way to fix it. So we contacted this company repeatedly. But no matter whether we contacted by phone or email, they either ignored us or promised to come and check, but ultimately did nothing. We had planned to sell our house in the summer. This is the worst service provider we have encountered in twenty years, yet it is the better A+ company that you have always recommended. We hope you can help us resolve this issue and that you will re-evaluate the credibility of this company.Business response

I had a fence installed from the Loyal Fence company. Within a year of the fence being installed, a bear broke part of the fence. I had the owner of the fence company come out and look at the damage. The owner told me it would be a quick fix and that the materials where back at the shop. The fence is under warranty. This happened in April of 2021. The fence is yet to be fixed. I have called and emailed repeatedly. I posted negative review on ******, which the owner responded, apologized that he has forgotten about it. The issue has yet to be resolved and the company is not honoring the terms of their warranty.Business response

Warranty covers any poor workmanship and faulty material does NOT cover any act of God / nature. If customer would like, we can repair the damaged fence for $1,200.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: When the incident happened, the owner came out personally, looked at the damage told me he had the materials on the company's site. He would have it taken care of asap. I believe that his decision has changed when I decided not to go with his company for the completion of the fence due to horrible customer service. I was told that this was covered, that it would be taken care of. I believe that this company has changed course due to a negative review on ****** as well as complaints from me from the beginning of signing my contract with them.
