4 Elements performed a roof replacement in 2021 including repair to a chimney. This year we have experienced leaks in our ceiling. 4 Elements came out to inspect and said that there were problems with the chimney with a bad repair job, and when I pointed out that it was THEIR bad repair job and that I would expect them to help get it done right, they denied they had worked on the chimney and have stopped returning emails, phone calls, or texts. Subsequent inspection by two other roofing and masonry experts have confirmed that no responsible contractor would have fixed the chimney that way.Review from Jennifer D

BUYER BEWARE!!! 4 Elements pretended to repair my water damaged wood floors caused by a water leak, but instead had only covered the damage up with tiles so we couldn't see they never did the repairs! Turns out they'd left the flooring underneath still rotted! When I notified them the tiles were lifting up, after sending someone out to assess the problem, they tried to charge again for the same repair. And the guy, Ryan who'd been so eager to sign us to the contractual agreement, was nowhere to be found. No one would return my calls. So, I contacted my home insurance company who put me in touch with Connecticut officials that oversee state contractors. Once the officials got involved, 4 Elements Restorations, LLC got their butts in gear. They became so helpful and even redid the whole kitchen floor, saying, they "wanted to make things right." It shouldn't take all of this just to get your home repaired. BUYER BEWARE!Review from Jim D

I'm sorry to report that 4 Elements has become extremely reliable. They replaced my roof and skylights, and did some repair work to a chimney. At the time they were good, but now they have totally stopped returning phone calls, emails, or texts. There is something wrong at 4 Elements, possibly a loss of leadership or a financial problem. Did not return the used portion of my deposit. Work done was not to town code. Subcontractors that they hired are inexperienced and made mistakes. Terrible communication and customer service.Review from Geron J

THE WORST!!! Threatens to put a lean on my property. The electrical wiring for outside light was ran against the face plate and needed to be pulled out and rerouted, The plumbing failed a rough inspection and the town gave us a report on that in order to close out the plumbing permit and issue a new permit to my new plumber. The carpentry was not done properly and the town inspector reviewed this with me and said that 2X4 ceiling joist placed in the back room needs to be minimum 2X6 for commercial application.Review from Robin G

4 Elements found the source of a problem I had with a leak in the roof. They replaced pipe,the collar and the roofing. Very professional. Highly recommend this company.
