I had an appointment to have my hair styled on Friday 10/6 at 12pm. I tried to cancel my appointment online, and the website told me to call the salon. I called the number provided on the website, and after a brief recorded message directing me to the company's website, I selected to stay on the line to speak to a representative. The phone rang and rang for over 2 minutes. No one picked up and there was no answering machine to leave a voicemail. I ultimately ended up looking online for an email address and emailing the salon with my cancellation. I was charged a 50% cancellation fee because they received my email within 24 hours of the appointment. I went into the ******** ** salon on December 31 2021 for an updo. The stylist was not skilled at all. I asked her to fix it multiple times as it was falling out and Bobby pins were sticking out. She kept fixing it and eventually I had to just leave to get back to my hotel to get ready for a wedding. I paid and left. 10 min later when I got back my hair completely fell out and Bobby pins were on the floor. I immediately tried calling and my call was sent to a call center. No answer. I left a message asking for them to call back. I continued to call for weeks and they never picked up. I left more messages. I then left a review on ****** since no one was getting back to me to make the situation right. I finally got a hold of them today, 1/10/22 and they answered and told me they won’t do anything for me because I left a poor review. I asked why they don’t answer their phones or wouldn’t call me back and she said she didn’t know but they don’t give refunds anyway. I said you didn’t provide me with what I paid for and it’s no different than selling me a broken product. She said she didn’t care they don’t tolerate bad reviews and hung up on me. I am now out $105 and didn’t get what I went into the salon for.
