John D****** from (******** ****** *** ****** *** ******* * ************ / Top Class Home Improvements Inc - ###-###-####) more appropriately. This individual is part of the ***** Traveling Scaming group, and has hacked up my driveway and my neighbors driveway down the street from my house. My driveway is literally falling apart and coming undone. This individual can not be trusted and has no morals or ethics to take care of the terrible job that he has done. Bad reviews will only be removed after the completion of our project..do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from John D****** !!!!!! The only few good reviews that are on ****** are most likely from his friends or by him, because his work is terrible. I have been after John D****** since March of 2023 to rectify and come back to repair and repave our driveway. He has lied to me over and over about coming back and repairing our driveway. If you ****** up this individual you will see that he has scammed many many others just like myself, he has taken advantage of people in *** *** ** *** ** and most likely many other states in the North East area. John travels between Ireland and then back to the states to scam people over and over, he creates fake company names and has been scamming people under these business names: D****** Construction Paving, D****** Paving & Masonry, Top Class Home Improvements Inc, *** ***** ******** **** ***** ******* *** *** ***** ****** * ******* and I am 100% sure that there are many other names that he has created and used in the past.Initial Complaint

On September 9, this company dug up my driveway and laid down an asphalt driveway; I paid them the same day. I was told not to drive on it for 6 days. The day after it was laid, I saw that it was bumpy, uneven, and sinking into the ground. The city of ********** was repaving the road and had to dig up part of the driveway; after asking their opinion, the city workers told me that “everything was wrong” with the driveway. “It’s a ****** job, it’s not done properly.” It was laid wrong. I contacted the owner and asked him to fix it; he said he would reheat it and roll it. He never gave me a receipt for the job. He came by the day after I called him and repeated that he would reroll it. He said that when the driveway was laid, he’d been out of town, so his workers laid the driveway without his supervision. He also said he would bring me a warranty and my receipt since he was working in the area. He didn’t. He said he would come back the next day and never showed. I then called him and said I would contact the BBB; after telling me he didn’t care who I called, he stopped answering my phone calls. That was September 12 and he since has taken no action on the warranty, the receipt, or the repairs.
