I purchased a dress for my daughter from Tabitha Twinkle Clothing Co online on 8/12/24, which was processed 8/13. Despite using their sizing guidelines, the dress was too small when it arrived. On 8/20, I emailed them the details and that I would like to return. They responded and offered me a store credit. I paid $5.80 for shipping and sent the dress back 8/23, not even tried on (as it was too small), exactly how it arrived. I didnt receive any communication from them, so on 9/15 I emailed them again asking if they had processed my return. I didnt receive a response until 9/18, in which they replied they didnt see it but needed to look in the warehouse and would get back to me by days ends. I never heard from them, so I emailed them 9/20 looking for the dress again. Again, no response, so I sent another email on 9/23. On 9/23, they replied they received the dress but the packaging was damaged so they wouldnt accept the return. They sent me a picture of the package with the dress, and it was so destroyed it appeared it was not accidental. I use this packaging to ship all of the time and have NEVER seen anything like it. After the lack of communication, I suspected they tore the bag in effort not to accept it. They did offer to ship it back to me, but have failed to do any of the above. I have requested via email and facebook multiple times, without response. I filed a paypal dispute, but was denied because the transaction was >30 days. Also unacceptable because I was trying to communicate them. Due to their lack of communication, I am out a refund, store credit, or dress, which totals: $45.75 the cost of the dress and initial shipping $39.95 $5.80 for return shipping This company has essentially stolen from me. They gave me an address to return the dress, but have not issued a store credit, refund, nor shipped the dress back. They have decided to ignore emails. At this point, I want a refund for all the frustration and time spent attempting to rectify this order.
