The issue with Eco Energy Solutions LLC is a disconnected electric outlet after they re-insulation of my attic. The date of the re-insulation was Aug 29-31 and cost was 8,618.17. Statement number ****. During, re-insulating of my attic, I noticed that my computer monitor went blank. I checked the outlet that they were plug into and found it was no longer working. I discuss this with the head worker and he stated and he found the wire and he will mark it so the electrician can reconnect it and someone would contact me the next day Sept. 1st. But they did not contact me. The next week they did not call. I waited until middle of the next and call and talk to a representative who stated that someone from management would call. But, they did not call until I called twice the next week asking why I have not got a call. After, agreed to pay for the electrician if he found the problem with the outlet was not caused by their work then I would pay for the call. The electrician found that they have cover up the wire with a plywood box and he did not see anything with flags marking the electrical boxes. I was told that they would have a flag that to the would show were the wire is and there would be able to access the wire connected to the outlet. I called them and discuss the problem. And thought they agreed to open up the plywood box and pull back the insulation so the electrician can check the box with the bad connection and confirm that it would be safe. However, I am still waiting for them to call.Business response

On November 16-17, Eco Energy Solution LLC sent out a electrician. He checked the wire and found the brake and after discussing the issue with me, we decided to remove the connection and the wire.
This corrected the problem and repaired the connection. Please close the complaint with the customer happy with the installation.
