Called 8/15/22 to ask about water delivery for rental property in ********. Person told me $375 to deliver one load (6,000 gallons). I told her that we needed to fill water in our pool, but I wasn’t sure if it would need the full 6k. I asked if she had any suggestions for what to do with any unused water. She said they could put it into our well since the property uses well water. I asked to schedule service. She said they can’t provide an exact delivery time/window, but that they would give me a call the day of if I was getting the water delivery. I asked if she had a sense of when that might be, she said possibly 8/17/22. The morning of 8/17/22 I called to see if they were planning to deliver my water that day, the person on the phone told me I was #4 on the list and that the driver had already left to make his first delivery. I asked if that meant I would probably get my water in a few hours and she said yes. Few hours later I called again because still no water. This time a diff person on the phone told me the driver had only JUST gotten to the office and hadn’t started making deliveries yet. I was confused. I had to pay somebody to be at the property to oversee the delivery and show them where the well cap was, and that person kept asking me when it was coming. That evening around 5pm I called again and was told it probably wasn’t coming that day. I expressed that wasn’t acceptable because I was told from that morning it would be today, and I had paid somebody to be there. They came around 5:30pm with what was left on one of the trucks-not a full load. They said they’d come back the next day to bring the rest. I called 8/18/22 to ask about the remaining water and was told it should be coming that day. I notified my tenant and they said somebody already came to deliver water that morning. I was not called/notified when that happened. They came for a third time 8/19/22 to put water into well. I was charged $400. Called office and Erin was rude and impatient.
