On April 27th I paid in full for this company to deliver an app for my business, they set up a due date of June 6th. Since then I have approach the company every day, for 31 days now asking them to finish the project and they still have not finished, they continue to put excuses. They never even started working on the project until mid May and then only assigned one person that had multiple projects and could not handle the work load. Two weeks ago they promised to have a dedicated developer work just on our project and that the app would be done by June 30th for me to make revisions and be completed and fully working by July 7th 2023 (although original due date was June 6th). Still, up until today, the app is not working, and I have gotten no responses since 2 days ago.Customer response

Attached is proof that a collection agency managed to get a hold of them but still then refuse to settle the matter an doffer the full refund that I am owe given that I have received an unfinished product I can not use, and that no one can fix because noone but them have the code, and because they even claim that they promised more than what current technology that ******* offers allows them to do.Initial Complaint

I hired them on January 20th, 2023 in order to help me optimize my website, and improve overall performance. The job order number is *******. I paid them $240 upfront and was told that they could optimize the images and code, as well as fix any errors that slow down the loading speed. After waiting 3 days, they delivered the results which consisted of only a minimal improvement to the loading speed. When I contacted them to see if any more could be done, they sent me the same results back saying there was nothing else that could be done. I insisted that there was more they could do, since the ********** and code weren’t optimized at all. After going back and forth on the phone, they offered a resolution of adding a feature or banner to my website. This was not an adequate resolution, since adding an additional feature to my website would worsen the performance. A full refund would be an adequate resolution since they did not deliver, and gave me the run around when I insisted they do what I had paid for. When I refused their “resolution” they said they were going to talk to the COO and see what could be done, but instead of telling me what conclusion they came to, they requested access to my website for a final review. Which at this point, I did not want them touching my website anymore, and stopped communication.
