Jim and his team were professional, reliable and talented. Lockhart Construction stepped up to help us in a time of need to solve a structural situation with an existing lporch that enabled us to proceed with an initial concrete project. Jim’s recommendation and 3D plan for the renovation were appreciated and the final result was awesome! Jim and Lockhart Construction have done several projects for us over the years ranging from duct work to electrical to crown molding. In every interaction, Jim was professional, responsive and the project was completed exactly as outlined in the proposal. I highly recommend this company.

Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I would highly recommend Jim for any scale job! You would be hard pressed to find a more skilled or professional

We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly. Our kitchen is now the focal point in our house and we are so happy we went with Lockhart Construction! We would highly recommend Lockhart Construction for any project.
