I hope this finds you well. I have an issue with Airtm for not making it convenient for me to use their services. I created several tickets with them of concern about my account being limited. I think this is sort of unethical because they don't provide a clear solution on how to solve the issues. Right now I can't do any transactions with them despite having funds flowing into my account at AirTM. I tried reaching out to them via Twitter, and their support email, but unfortunately, all never seem to bear any fruit. n Twitter, they insisted that I should consult them via support, and I respect that, but I wonder what good it makes for support that takes centuries to resolve matters of urgency. I mean, what's the point of having it anyways if nothing raised could be solved? Well, they restrict a person from filling multiple tickets but they don't solve issues despite numerous tickets created. I'll attach screenshots of issues I'm facing with my Airtm account and the kind of response that they give when being contacted. My request would only be that they reinstall the full functionalities of my account so that I can transact like any other customer. I understand that COVID-19 caused a lot of chaos for everyone, as well as the fluctuation is also a turndown for most of us. I have bills and everything that I have to sort out. I have funds in my account but can't make good use because of limitations on my account. Please help me solve this. Thanks.Initial Complaint

Airtm has prevented me to withdraw my funds for unknown and unclear reason. I have filed a ticket for the same but no one is determined to solve my issue. I'm a loyal customer even I have a rating of 5 star, I don't understand why airtm doesn't want me to withdraw my money. When I try to with draw my money I'm told to verify my account also that my account is limited but when I try to verify I don't get any link to submit my documents. When I filed the ticket for the same , they don't want to reply on my ticket, living me frustrated and helpless. The uploaded before files will show the problems I'm facing. I believe having a proper customer care for a timely resolution is a great thing for a business to grow. Kindly request airtm to solve my problem fast and remove this frustrations I'm going through. I feel like I have been scammed. Since I can't get hold of my money.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a dispute against Airtm. On january 7 2023, I discovered that Airtm sold ?0.0446414 of my Bitcoins without my permission, resulting in a loss of 400 USD from my account taking in consideration todays exchange rate. Since then, I have attempted to transfer the remaining funds in my account to my bank account, but have been unable to do so. I have made multiple attempts to contact Airtm to rectify the situation, have not received a solution. I am requesting a refund of my bitcoins and an immediate transaction of my funds into my bank account. I have attached screenshots of my ownership of bitcoins, the communication that the crypto currencies were sold without my permission and all the attempts to withdraw the funds into my bank account. . I believe that Airtm actions were unauthorized and constitute a violation of my rights. I urge you to investigate this matter and help me resolve this issue with Airtm as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
