My wife and I signed up for Etsy store the advertised in November they promised and advertised that the store will be up and running in 4 weeks after payment we have advertising pictures as well as a contract that we will get our money back that I could provide if we didn’t make our money back. After 10 months we made any money or gotten any call back from the owner Milos Safranek and Kriz we left several messages on what’s up ap as well as slack and left messages on there office phone in Deleware but nobody answers the phone and you leave a message nobody calls back. As you could see in the other complaints on the better business bureau same problem all the time no communication on anything PLEASE HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK and report these guys and company to other agencies and kick them out of the business bureau I will provide contract after what they say if they lie about the contract and advertise so I could show proofInitial Complaint

Signed up with AWM about 9months ago for Amazon automation paid them $18k upfront on boarding fees and $94k charged on credit card by them to a vendor for inventory. They promised 15-20% profit every 60 days but in 9months was not able to generate a single $ in profit. I had to struggle back and forth with the CEO ***** to get my money back which he suggested to file dispute with credit card to get back my $94k . Still owes me money from the on boarding fees which is part of 100% money back guarantee if they don't generate that much profit in 12 months. ***** is sweet talker but lying all the time. During the onboarding process he was easily available but later he started avoiding. Need my money refunded and compensation for using my $114000 for all these months which affected me financially and mentally.Initial Complaint

IN FEB ON 2021 THIS COMPANY AWM OFFERED ME A DROP SHIPPING BUSINESS FOR $35000 (WITH ALL THE MONEY SENT OVER A PERIOD OF TIME) THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE BUSINESS OF WHICH THEY DID NEITH OF. THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND PROVIDED ME WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE. I HAVE EMAILS TO CORRELATE MY TESTIMONY. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THE MONEY I'VE LOST. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL CALLS, EMAILS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION.
