Sean Cooper did an excellent inspection on the home I was under contract for! After reviewing his well detailed report and seeing all the pictures it was a no for me for the home! The quality of the inspection was A-1 and I will definitely use AmeriSpec again and I will be requesting Sean if he is available! I was also able to receive my report on the same day great customer service even to setting up the appointment! This is my first time buying a home and I will continue to use AmeriSpec! Thank you so much for the hard work on inspecting the home and being detailed and professional! My Realtor recommended AmeriSpec and now I will continue to recommend AmeriSpec to others!Review from Penelope M

Amerispec did an excellent job on our home inspection. The scheduling and billing process was simple and efficient. Our inspector was reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. AmeriSpec was recomended to me by my Realtor. I sent them a messge on the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response on the weekend. Their staff is friendly and professional. They were able to respond to my request for services quickly. I even walked through the inspection of our new home (during construction) with them asking quetions and they happily answered them. They generated timely and thorough reports and their pricing is reasonable. I recommend their services.Review from Colleen A

Matt was great. He did a thorough job and answered all of my questions. He even answered the phone the next day on a Friday evening, when I called with a question. The price was also much less than my agent quoted for a home inspection, WDI and radon. I was well pleased with the overall service from beginning to end.Review from Alita S
