We have taken our 2013 Fiat in for warranty repair of air conditioner multiple times starting 08-31-2023, then return for same repair 10/24/2023, 11/06/2023, 11-22-2023 and now again on 04/24/2023. Each time we have waited for part and then waited all day for repair with once being offered a loner car that was cancelled and then rescheduled for a month later. Now once again are offering a use of a loner car but it is not available until the end of July 2024. So I have no repair to air conditioner to my car and I have to wait until the end of July 2024 for a repair and transportation to return home.Business response

Our management contacted the customer to schedule a return appointment with a loaner vehicle. The vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer.Initial Complaint

I was involved in a rear-end car accident on Sept 28, 2021. IG Burton received the car on 10/04/2021 until 12/14/2021. The Back bumper and other damages were resolved, but took over 70 days to complete, in addition to IG having to replace the car battery for letting the car sit for a long period of time, that of which I am grateful for. The complaint is regarding an EZ-Pass Toll notice of toll violation, ticket invoice from 11/14/2021-12/13/2021 in the amount of $138.90. I called twice to leave a message for the general manager (Ed Heineman), no response nor call back as of yet. The invoice is due on 1/04/2022 before another penalty is issued. I received the car back from the sept 28th accident, on 12/14/2021, when the toll invoiced was mailed to my parents house and not mine. Please resolve.Business response

Our body shop personnel & manager spoke to Ms. ****** regarding the violation on December 28th. We found the violations occurred in June and July, prior to the accident and body shop visit. We relayed this information to Ms. ****** and also supplied a copy of the statement from EZ pass.
