      My order was back ordered no problem. Took 9 months, ok np. My order arrives without everything in the order has now been 3 months they will not respond send money back or product. They were great about contacting when they were back ordered, I think they forgot their $100.00 for free shipping rule

      Purchased a tent, light, and filter setup on 3/22/22 Received an email on 3/22/22 for the order that said thank you for your order and they were preparing my order for shipping. After 4 days of not hearing anything I called customer service and was told they were working on my order. E-mailed customer service to see what the hold up was and got a reply that normal processing of orders was 7 to 14 business days. I waited another 5 business days and texted chat on the website about shipping date only to be told the "working on processing order" with no date given for expected shipment. I wrote back and explained this was a expensive order (over $1,500) and if they could not process in 10 days they should not be in business. I was told to be patient they were filing the order starting today April 1st.and I would receive a tracking e-mail (Which I never received.) Then the website was gone about 2 hours later. Called customer service and was told to try website again in a hour. Nothing! Called customer service and was hung up on once before any live person answered. Called back and was asked to leave a message with no live response. E-mailed customer service with my concerns and got no reply. This is by far my worst experience with a online business. I will be calling my bank to see about a charge back and disputing the charges on my CC Find another company to buy from because this group does not know what customer satisfaction is. Buyer Beware

      I purchased a set of fans from Growbuds. They were unable to deliver them (apparently they had trouble getting the fans shipped from China). After several months, they sent an email saying that they were having trouble getting the fans shipped and offered a refund. I chose to wait. A few months later, they sent another email stating that they were still having trouble getting the fans shipped and that I could get a refund. So..I asked for a refund. They said they could provide a store credit or a Zelle payment. I chose Zelle and they said they would have it processed right away. I never heard from them again. About 6 weeks passed and I emailed again. They said they would check on it, but I never heard from them again. I have sent many follow up emails and they will not respond at all. I tried calling and left a message, they did not call back. I tried using the online chat support, and I received an auto message saying to call or email them. I emailed some more, they are just ignoring the messages. At this point, they have just stolen my money. I would never order anything from this company ever. Stay far away.

      Had a $204 order, their site mentions orders over $100 ship for free. The following day a customer service rep emails me stating they need another $75 to ship my order. I explained to the rep that this is in no way my issue and this should be something that the seller takes care of. The insisted that I have to pay the additional $75 to release my order because it's through a 3rd party seller. This site is a joke and so is their customer service. Totally unacceptable. Order cancelled. Taking my business elsewhere. If you have any other option to buy from, go there.
