Mike and his team are what I consider, Old School values with a fresh look at your project. From the friendly in office communication and sales to the field. I love businesses that are grassroots and family owned, they have ties to the community. Mike and his family live and work with a moral foundation that shows.Review from Brenda S

So much for the roof warranty. Will not even return call. Stated they would fix everything when Nov 2019 roof was installed. The leak has something to do with the flashing which was not replaced nor repaired.

I set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new roof. The appointment with the estimator was at 10 AM. They even sent me a reminder email of the appointment for 10 A M. He showed up at 10:45 Needless to say I was not happy. I received no phone call, text or anything telling me they were going to be late. When the person arrived I told him he was late and he stated that the appointment was for a one hour window. I said that is not what I was told when I called to set up the appointment nor did the reminder email state that. Needless to say the estimate was not done. The guy turned around and left. I would not use this company because apparently they have a lack of communication somewhere. I know this does not represent the actual workers but the estimator represents the company. I even sent them a reply email stating that apparently they did not need my business. What a shame because I was truly considering them because of the good reviews they had.
