      I was having trouble accessing my account for close to a month. After being told that a supervisor was going to call me back after a ticket was being escalated no call. Called back again same story no call. Finally was able to speak with customer service who was able to help. And he spent more time apologizing for the laziness of his coworkers, (My words, not his), Why hire individuals who do not want to do the job they are hired to do??? Do better Continental Finance.

      This company is a complete joke. I applied / was approved for CC in AUG 2024. After several attempts to receive my card in the mail I finally received my card in November 2024. I had moved out of my unit in September and put in a forwarding mail address via the post office. This company sent a new card to the forwarding address from post office I finally receive card and activated it. This company then tells me I need to verify address via a bill / lease I sent bill to back office email and it has been almost 2 weeks no update , card still blocked from using. I have spoken to over 30+ customer service reps and when I requested management they respond with “manager is only going to tell you the same thing” I explained to manager that this business will not thrive and will fail if they do not put their customers first. This company has really put a bad taste in my mouth I have several credit cards navy federal/Capital one/Wells Fargo I have never experienced this. When I spoke to manager I asked “what is your mission for your customers” he replied “to provide customers with great experience”. This experience has been stressful when you drop the ball someone needs to pick it up there’s no way it takes 2 weeks for an update and bill was received via email. You guys run our credit and we enter into an agreement just to be treated like this it’s sad and very unprofessional. Just called company at 7am today to be told it could take more time. I have been told 48 hours 72 hours 80 hours this company needs to be shut down or sold.

      One star is too many for this card! Worst card I have ever dealt with, please stay far away from it! My card was stolen and used in another state while I was having surgery. I reported it and was told I would be credited for the charges, but four days later, after a supposed investigation, they put the charges back on my card. I called again and was told they would reopen the investigation, which they didn't. I called again and was told I needed to email them to have it reopened, which I did, and within one day it was closed again, even after I told them I have proof I was in the hospital recovering from surgery. On top of that, not only was I charged once, but they charged me twice for the same charges that were made when my card was stolen! Total scam! Please don't get this card; this company is terrible.

      I made a payment yesterday, which was November 13 which is when my payment was due. I pay over the minimum amount was due and I was still charged for a late fee so I called customer service and Abraham was very very disrespectful and he made me so mad I canceled my payment. Very horrible customer service very horrible.
