I signed up to use this company to buy and print shipping labels. After I made the account and paid for my first label that was $9.60 they held $25 until payment was cleared. I wasn’t happy but ok, whatever. Then they tried to take the $9.60 at the same time they took the $25, so the payment did not clear. Instead of taking the payment out of the $25 they already had, they locked my account. I printed the label and shipped the item. I forgot to give my friend the shipping tracking number. I went back into the account and it has me locked out. I am unable to update the payment, I am unable to get the tracking number, and they have NO customer service phone number. I did submit an online question, which is the only way to communicate. I received an email stating they would get back to me the soonest in two days. My problem is, two days is a lot when shipping an item. I have a locked account that keeps me from updating my billing information, and they still have my $25.
