The product (fake ultrasonic pod) does absolutely nothing to clean a dental appliance. My emails to customer service to return the product (within their 30 day return policy) have been ignored, except for one email back telling me they would give me 50% if I kept them.Their phone support tells you they are "their agents are busy helping other customers" then sends you to a voicemail that, of course, does not return your messages.Their "helpful" chatbot also will collect your information and you will never hear back.They owe me $159.99Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was Oct. 8, 2024. I was told delivery would be about 5 days. There has been no update since Oct. 11. I sent an email and it told me the same thing that the tracking did, which amounted to literally nothing, other than it was in the process.Initial Complaint

On 08/11/2024 I placed an order with the Swissklip store online for the amount of $112.89. I received an email on 08/14/2024 confirming my product shipped. When I had not received my product by 08/21/2024 I sent an email questioning where the product was. I received an email from Swissklip on 08/21/2024 stating customer service would be in contact within 24 hrs. Today 08/27/2024 I went to their website and used their chat with us bot. I asked for a refund of my funds due to the fact I had not received my order nor had I had contact from their customer service ***** All of the sudden the chat feature said they were now not available.Customer response

Item unsatisfactorydue to tip of blaster is dangerously sharp and could cut gums easily. Dentists do not recommend. Swissklip will not advise correct address where to return. Item was delivered to wrong address first but I retrieved it. Sent 8 requests for correct return address but no answer has been received. Think company trying to stall so 2 weeks will be ** in order to return item for refund.Business response

Firstly, apologies for taking so long to reply, we just got the mail informing us of the complaint today. I think the ** postal system is breaking down!
The customer was already refunded for this on December 22nd,I re read through the notes and there was some confusion on our part about the order and history, coupled with it being peak season and understaffed. Rest assured the customer got a full refund.
