eleven days ago I ordered a set of frames only from these indian based rip offs. I canceled after learning that they have never had the frames and it would be on back order (scam) I spoke to Tom he said his name was and he claimed he canceled it. When i got no refund from I called got the same guy telling me he is keeping my money 25$ of my $69.00 for a restocking fee on an item he never stocked at all . I told him with a very nasty tone that I would be getting my money back and then he said he was keeping the whole thing.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of glasses online from this company. I did not read their return policy. My mistake. I returned glasses that I paid $217 for. They did not fit. I got a refund of $33. That an 85% cancellation/refund/restocking/and whatever else you want to call the fee. I was also lied to by them when I tried to cancel the order before it shipped. I would like a full refund but I will not hold my breath. I have never heard of an online business charging so much for a return. Had I not been lied to, I would have kept the glasses and donated them to someone that needed them.
