I subscribed for a free trial for this company and then is specified on their website if you want to cancel it you need to do it before the next renewal,which I did, but for weeks nobody is answering,a phone number doesn’t exist and they still didn’t cancel the subscription and they are still charging my card.The cancellation is not working with any other method.This is not a legit company they are only trying to steal the credit card info and charging for nothing each month $34.99Initial Complaint

I signed up for the 14 day free trail on 3/23/2023. On 3/27/2023 my credit card was fraudulently charged $14.99. I canceled the free trail subscription with Apple and requested Flo customer service immediately issue a refund and close my account and delete all related data. Upon researching this company I came across over 170 complaints from people who were also charged during their free trail period. This company is a scam and should issue refunds to every customer who was charged during their free trail.Initial Complaint

Flohealth put a charge on my account of $14.61, even though I have never heard of them. Somehow they hacked my account causing me to have to cancel that account and have a new card issued by Chase Bank. They have no phone # listed.Initial Complaint

I requested on 6/25 that my account data be erased and my account disabled. I emailed several times with no response, and finally got a reply that they would start working on it in 28 days. They said it has to process, but I replied saying I do not consent to any information to be saved and therefore there should be no processing time. Just disable the account. I’ve accidentally disabled accounts before, I know there’s no processing time. When I asked for a phone number for customer service so that I could call and yet again request for my account to be disabled, I was told I didn’t need one and they would start the processing time. The account needs to be deleted. It’s my medical information and I do not consent to any data saved. It doesn’t take 28 days. My account is still active and I would like for it to be deleted and wiped immediately.Initial Complaint

These people have been charging me since July even though i cancelled. They didn't charge me for August but beginning September they started charging me again. I have sent numerous emails on the matter with 0 resolution. I have told them if they don't stop and refund me for all the charges, i will get a lawyer and sue. Still charging me. I want this matter taken care of immediately. There is no number on their website and the only number i could find is on my bill and it just hangs up on you. Do NOT use this service. They are crooks and will take all your money. No questions asked. And their service is a joke. If offers 0 helpful information on anything let alone women's health. App was probably created by men. The losers. If there was a way of rating a 0 or less it would be a -10. I want my money refunded and to never hear of these people again
