Absolute worse service ever. Took motorcoach in because left rear was 2" lower that right rear. That caused the rock guard to ware on one side due to low road clearance. I told them that was what the appointment was for and if they had time to please center the steering wheel. It was and still is about 14 degrees off center. Following that, as a courtesy, I told them they could do a 6K mile service. Well, I waited 10 hours only to find out the only thing they did was the 6K service and the coach would need to remain overnight. Someone could have told me. The young service associate that checked me in KNEW FULL WELL I was waiting on the coach. Long story short, they worked on the coach of another 8 hour the next day and said everything was fixed. NOT TRUE. They test drove the coach 3 times. So I trusted them. When I left (during rush hour evening traffic on a Friday) the steering was still 14 degrees off center. They accomplished NOTHING! This is a Freightline Service Center. They are supposed to know how to work on my Freightline chassis. $1100 later all I ended up with was an oil change. A pure and simple rip off.

Brought my truck with check engine light on due to low oil on engine. 1 I told them to check and fix oil leak on engine. 2 I told them to do a pm on truck and lube on 3. Told them the clutch needed replacement 4. Due a dot safety check and pass inspection. 5. I told them there was a smell of antifreeze to check it and fix it. 6. I told them the truck run at 70mph max. To change the setting so it could be open due to heavy hauling and needed my rpm open. Three week in shop, bill came to $11,300 When I go to pick up truck, the person at front charge me and told me truck is all they way on back. When I went to pick it up it wasn't were he said it was and when I located the truck. I did my inspection and . 1.oil Leak were still there 2. No oil change and pm ,lube nothing done. 3. Antifreeze still smell. 4. Clutch still not properly fix. 5.engine light still on 6. Speedometer still lock at 70. 7. They gave me a dot inspection sticker which clearly truck doesn't pass the inspection. And all they said to me was that they know I won't change my mind on truck no being serve but they did Service it and there nothing they can't do. I'm $11,300 down without help from the dealership to fix the truck. They clearly rob me but it's there voice against me and I feel hopeless. I need my truck fix right to work.
