      I drive over 70 miles to come to this dealer for service . As far as Im concerned, Thunder CDJR is the best .

      I bought a charger scat pack on 10/23/23 from Thunder Dodge.  I drove the car about a week and when I was coming home from work. I was shift thru gears in sport mode.  All of a sudden it down shifted from whatever gear into 1st and the engine revved real high.   The check engine light immediately came on and the M1 shift light staryed to flash.  After that happenned my car wouldnt shift and was bucking from 1st to im guessing 3rd gear.  I drove it one more day to see if it would clear the new check engine light and hoping it wpuld resume normalcy.  However it did not.  I immediately called and made the appointment feeling secure that I was still under factory warranty AND that I purchased an extended warranty.  I brought the car in next day and I received a loaner.  A day and a half later I called and my service writer or who ever the guy is that checked me in told me they have no idea what it is and they have been trying to figure it out.   That didnt sound right.   This is now the 2nd dodge product I have had that has some oddball issue as So I waited another day and a half(again with no status update from yall in 3 DAYS!).  Then ,the service writer guy asks me...."Did you happen to put a tune on the car after u bought it?" I said no I havent done anything but clean it because u guys said you were going to detail it for me( yet no one asked me when Id like to bring it back for detail) amd still havent.   The service writer then tells me after I called him that before the car was brought in it had nothing on the computer as far as a tune.  Then he proceeds to accuse me of putting a tune on it! My jaw dropped.   I could believe the way I was #1 being lied to because I havent done anything with the car and #2 accusing ME of doing I havent even thought about.   So my next question is.....what are yall thinking? You treat a customer who just gave you big business like crap.  I want the vehicle replaced with something comparible. Also interior door panels warped!!!!

      They are the operators of FactoryChryslerParts.com which has scammed me out of money for parts I never received and have ignored multiple calls to the number listed to the site I have not received a order number from the time of purchase or a tracking number for the parts I ordered to be shipped to me when I called the first time to inquire about the order I was told they would receive the parts on the 10/02 and then send it to me it is now currently 10/13 I have also created a purchase dispute with my bank.

      If you have not received any email correspondence, please check you spam. We send multiple emails to everyone places an order. Your order was affected by the UAW strike in delaying the screws arriving to our facility due to the large quantity you ordered. Your order was delivered to you on 10/16 and left in your mailbox.       This dealership used my Jeep Wave account under someone else’s car they stated that the customer transposed their VIN number but the dealership should have verified everything but on top of that they actually canceled my Jeep Wave contract thankfully Jeep Wave customer service caught it and is trying to fix it but don’t do business with this dealership they do not verify their customers information I have never even been to this dealership yet they used my information and canceled my contract

      I own two jeeps and wanted to support local business but cant! I recently took my jeep there to get a duplicate key made. I was charges $210 for the key blank which i understand is standard. I was told it would be an additional $75 to cut the key. still not an issue but when I got home and really looked at the receipt I had a charge for $25 for environmental services fee. When I asked Hannah at service department what this environmental fee was for she explained for disposal fees .. which I already knew the answer to. What environmental waste exactly are you disposing of for cutting a key. Of course she started back pedaling but still would not remove the BS fee. Reading these reviews I see this is common practice for crap charges that they cant explain. I will not be bringing any of four cars here for service nor will I recommend them to any friends. Don't like to leave bad reviews but this is NOT GOOD BUSINESS

      Absolutely tragic. Overcharged Robert over $2000 on labor. The staff is disgusting. The building is clean and that’s about all they have going for them. So many class action lawsuits are being filed. They will shut down soon. Todd is a liar and so is Juan or mow it was something of Mexican or Latin descent. Regardless, absolutely utterly tragic.

      Avoid this dealership at all costs. They took a deposit from me on a new Jeep after we had agreed and signed the purchase terms offer, and then sold it out from under me. Todd, the salesperson, lied multiple times in writing about the Jeep having error code messages that wouldn't allow him to sell it. He finally admitted that he lied and they had sold the Jeep once he couldn't find a matching replacement vehicle. I know it's the "car business", but this dealership showed ZERO integrity in the way it conducted business. Do business with them at your own risk!!!!
