October 2022 I went to advenir banyan to get a tour and apply.After I applied, I returned back to give my holding fee of $300 because I was approved.About a month they said they were still processing my application, each additional document they asked me I gave I gave them my paycheck stubs and a full year of my bank statements I later got tired of them.I expressed my frustration with them. I asked them to give my holding fee/administration fee of $300 back and they initially agreed.They asked if I want the reimbursement to be mailed to me or mailed to their leasing office so I can pick it up, I responded to me.About a week later, I called to check the status of my reimbursement and they told me they will not give me back my holding fee.Therefore thats why I am here filing a complaint I want to this matter to resolvedBusiness response

Good Afternoon,
The past applicant is correct that she is due a refund. Im not sure why she was told she wasnt supposed to receive a refund etc.
In any event I just reviewed her file and agree that she is supposed to get a refund. I just spoke with ******* 2 minutes ago and told her that a refund check for $300.00 will be in our office within 2-3 weeks. She thanksed me for my help.

Renters beware do not I repeat no dont rent from this place they will do everything possible not to give you your security deposit in when you go to ask them questions about why you not getting your deposit back they will try to fight you one of the employees was telling me Im not about that life I been trying to reach the cooperate office to tell them about incident that happen they havent contacted me back. One of the employees push meBusiness response

Good morning,
******* moved out and did not leave the apartment how it was given to her. She was charged for damages caused in the apartment. The morning she came in to ask about the security deposit she was very aggressive. No one pushed her or told her such thing. She charged at one of the employees and the staff along with a customer that was in the office stopped her from charging at the employee. The charges along with pictures were mailed. She is upset that we will not remove the charges. Please let me know if you need any additional information such statements from the witnesses and the move out pictures to show the condition of the unit.
