      I am a snowbird living part time in ******* and ********. When in ******** I ordered a pair of shoes from Bealls. They arrived promptly but I had difficulty wearing the right shoe. I thought it wasn't made correctly so I couldn't wear the shoes. Finally, I turned the shoes over and saw the size was wrong. They were an 8 instead of an 8 1/2. I brought the shoes back to the above named store in ****** but had no receipt since I had ordered them months ago in ********. Calling customer service did not help as again I had no proof. I charged the shoes. They were sent to my home in ********. I called the order in. They can't find anything to prove I ordered the shoes. I only want an exchange and the correct size but I am at a dead end. The shoes weren't cheap. I paid at least $50.00 for them.

      I’m a member of Bealls and I shop there 3-4 times a week and spend $200-$400 a week. Today an associate was extremely rude. She kept looking at me like I was going to steal something and when I went in line she walked away from me. She didn’t greet me or say anything to me. This is the first time that anyone in that store has ever been like that, usually everyone is super friendly and nice.

      I bought some close for my dad for Fathers Day and his Birthday he lives in Oklahoma he just came to visit me the clothes didn’t fit so we went to exchange them , not a big deal. Well apparently it was the store manager at the Kosciusko ms store informed us that it’s store policy after 60 days with or without a receipt no exchanges or refunds can be made which I find ridiculous because I’m just asking to exchange I could understand if the store was loosing money on a refund but they weren’t all I was wanting to do is exchange for something that would fit and I was told I couldn’t so know I’m out 87$ so I think I’ll just quit doing business at Bealls

First, I've been a CC customer for decades. I used to live in Florida for 33 years until Hurricane Ian wiped me out and I had to leave. I was ordering online. I have never, ever been late with a payment. I tried to place an order yesterday and charge my Bealls CC, it wouldn't go through. I looked up my last statement and there was more than enough to use, but on my account website there wasn't. I spoke to a rep and got no where and then I talked to a supervisor, rude Sean (sp) who explained to me that they lowered my available credit due to my credit report. First of all why are checking my credit report I didn't ask for an increase. It was only an $80 decrease but why????? So, due to this s***** kind of business practice I canceled my CC. I was a faithful, on time paying customer, not any more. I hope you're proud of yourselves. Go to h***! Also, they never informed me this was being done.

      Used to be packed NOW? not so much. Used to be packed in Bealls with their beall's bucks and good sales when i go into the stores now maybe 5 people. It was my FAVORITE store. Not anymore. extremely disappointing every time go which is MUCH less that I used to go. Not sure how they stay in business.

      The London Ohio Beall's is a wreck, you can not find anything in order. They put all girls and boys clothing all over the place instead of by infants and toddlers together, 5 to 8 year old and 10 up together. It is not shoppable with the chaos of everything all over the place. The same for women and men's. The management needs to look at the consumers views because they have no idea how to run a store to make it more effective to shop. I worked there and it was much better to have things in an orderly fashion to make shopping easier for customers to find what they need. Just my opinion however I can not find anything with this set up

      3 Months later...I was charged a $2.00 fee after I paid my bill in full. I even went to the store to pay it. Then tried to charge me a late fee of $40.00 after I didn't receive any email or bill in the mail. So I've learned my ****** not to get a Bealls credit card. If this is how they do their customers, I don't want to be a customer anymore.

      I never received a tracking number for my jeans it's been six days this place is a rip-off asking for my social when I didn't use my social to make a purchase I want my 30.00

      I have had problems with both Bealls Outlet Location ,and major PROBLEMS WITH THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TREATED ME WHEN I CALL WITH A PROBLEM. they are rude, condescending and act like they're Nazis and doing me a favor because I. Spend money at their stores.

      I do have an account with Bealls. Bought a few things a couple of years ago an nothing until I bought some women's tee shirts that were inferior material and called Customer Service to let them know that they will be returned once they send me a shipping label. Well, she told me that I would have to pay for shipping on my end. Ups charged me 21.07 to ship. I was shocked to have to pay that much for inferior items. Called Customer sv and she told me to send the receipt from Ups and they will issue me a check within 4 to 6 weeks for that amount that I had paid to ship. My email showed that they got the items but they DISCOUNTED EACH TEE SHIRT AND TOLD ME THAT I NOW OWE THEM LIKE OVER 40DLS AND WILL NOT GET THE UPS CHECK. I TOLD THEM MY ACCOUNT SHOULD BE ZERO BUT SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND SAID I HAD LATE FEES. FOR WHAT DO I HAVE LATE FEES. ????? JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS
