This gym is completely negligent when it comes to how their childcare is managed. They do not perform background checks on their daycare attendants, nor do they ensure they are CPR certified or have any early childhood development experience. Most of their workers are glued to their phones with headphones in and not paying attention to the children they are supposed to be watching. When reported to management, they don't see a problem. If you report too many times, they see you as a bother and blame you for making them feel 'uncomfortable,' meaning, making them take their heads out of their phones and actually work and manage their facility. There are huge safety concerns in their daycare that they have failed to address. They do not have cameras to watch children or their employees, and their childcare 'director' is not on site, so there is zero accountability unless a parent complains. But you DO get retaliated against if you complain and are labeled as 'overreactive.' Had this business, in the beginning, taken MUTLIPLE moms' complaints seriously, installed cameras, checked in on their workers and enforced a device policy, and staffed their childcare with two workers at all times, there would have been zero reasons for members to leave or keep complaining. Now, here we are, and multiple families have left due to their abysmal customer service and member shaming and blaming, and failure to take any responsibility for their failed management. At the end of the day, the fact still remains that their childcare is extremely dangerous and makes it impossible for families to work out stress-free. The gym itself is ok but has become very dirty, smells like weed, and the customer service at the front desk is terrible. They are on their phones all the time and barely acknowledge when their members come in each day. If you have any issues, they will not acknowledge them or attempt to solve them, and then they cancel your membership when you bring up unsolved issues.
