      I bought a mattress from this store 3 weeks ago and before I agreed to pay I asked about returning the mattress if it didn't work out, and was told by Larry " You have 30 days to return it." The only reason I asked is because we got ripped off by mattress firm less than a year ago and I didn't want to go through the same thing. The mattress was delivered the following day and once I started putting on the sheets I noticed the bed was not flat, the mattress was either used or defective. The following day I went to the store and spoke to the owner Darrell B. he agreed to replace the mattress because it was indeed defective and before I left said " Don't worry we'll take care of you." The following day a new mattress was delivered but it was nothing like the mattress we tested out at the store. The mattress was rock hard! I went in again and Larry said I needed to "break it in" my hip was so sore from the bed there was no way I could continue to sleep on it, so they agreed to replace the mattress for a new one and I paid an additional $321 for the new mattress because it was a different model. Following day new one shows up and it's defective same problem as the first one and sunken in. My husband went in to speak to the owner but Larry was the one there and said " There's nothing we can do about it but I'll speak to the owner." My husband called the following day because no one had got back to us and was told by Larry that the owner said there's nothing they can do but if I wanted the other mattress from the floor it would be an additional $400+! I don't have thousands of dollars to just give away for a mattress we can't even use. I've read their reviews and another person mentioned a defective mattress and another mentioned bed bugs and being given a used mattress. I was so desperate I even agree to lose out on some of our money and take the floor model ( smaller Mattress) of the first one we tried out but they said no. They only agreed to give me the floor mod

      Let's start form the beginning; you were told you have 30 days to exchange the mattress. The 1st Sealy mattress was deemed to be defective by Sealy and was exchanged the next day. The second mattress was perfect but you didn't like the feel of it after 1 night. We generally ask people to try to break in their new mattress as it will soften over the 1st couple of weeks of use and you will also become more accustomed to a mattress with proper support. you elected to not want to do that and asked to upgrade. We obliged and only charged you the difference in price between the 2 mattresses. Our written policy on receipts is for customer to pay $75 restocking fee plus $50 Redelivery fee and difference in price. Original delivery was free! Your husband came back in after a few days saying you were
      unhappy with the feel of that mattress as well, (he was fine with it) . He asked if it was possible to get a much more expensive model in queen size and get the actual display model so it would be already broken in. Our policy is 1 comfort exchange! The owner agreed to allow you to do what you wanted at the difference in price plus the fees. Since we never heard from you again we would assume that you got used to the Beautyrest Plush Pillowtop mattress that you were sleeping on.
      We don't appreciate you implying that there was ever a used mattress sold to you, or the fact you are lying about any review about us and bedbugs. You will also see if you read all of our reviews; when there was a defective mattress it was handled with the most urgency as attested by the review of one person having a defective mattress. You will also see that that individual was so pleased with the service they wrote us a 5 star review.
      In retail we know all customers can not be pleased but we make every effort to do so!

      I specifically asked Larry about returning the mattress for a full refund like other companies do and his exact words were " you have 30 days" How is someone supposed to sleep on something that doesn't feel right and causes pain? I was willing to lose money and take the Sealy queen floor model because it felt amazing and what was delivered to us wasn't but Larry said "no" I also called beautyrest to see if they could help since Larry said " you have a 10 year warranty" and Beautyrest told me that Mattress outlet of Bradenton has no 10 year return policy because it's an outlet! I have a reference number of the call. Also if you look at your other reviews not just Google reviews you'll see where someone complained about bed bugs and used mattresses. My husband and I tried writing a review on your Google account but it wouldn't post so I'm assuming you have it set up that way. At the end of the day all I wanted was a comfortable mattress and ended up losing out $1,000+ I thought that going to a family owned business was the way to go but I was wrong.
