      I&#**;m bordered my pets and pets.Suites from June 4th to June 12 When I picked up my pets they were covered in p. EE, their dog blanket was covered in pee. They didn&#**;t get all their treats. I left for them. The main thing is they didn&#**;t give my older dog her medicine. I tried to contact pet sweets. Talk to the manager and could not get a response. Finally, We sent in a review on June 18th on June 22nd I received a call from the manager. Adpet suites, I said they would review the videos and records and would call me back. They did call me back that day and told me that my pet didn&#**;t always get her medicine and review the film. And there was problems she said they were going to get back with me and let me know what they were going to do about it, said she would call me by the next Saturday. The 29th never heard a response. Been trying to get in touch with them again. Stop by several times no manager there finally I got. A phone number of a temporary manager on July 12th today and try to call him. Haven&#**;t heard back from him yet left. Message, I followed up on other reviews and found out. This is not the first time this happened. This must be an ongoing problem. I don&#**;t know why

      I boarded my dog From December 26th through January 2nd ****. When my dog was picked up by my husband he said that she smelled of pee and p*** so bad and then he started looking at her and saw that her bottom was completely caked with dried up f**** that she could hardly go to the bathroom. I paid this place extra money per day for her to have ALL DAY play which should not make her be locked up into her little dog pen for long periods during the day. This is not the first time she was picked up with this issue but i addressed it and they assured me it would not happen again and i provided them with puppy pads this time and asked them to have them in her pen if she is going to be in there and she will use them and the girl told me she would make sure its noted on her paperwork where she stays to use them. When she was picked up they all the pads came back home with her. I have contacted the place with no resolution and only given excuses that they are waiting on camera footage. It does not take over a week to view cameras. The condition she came home in is pure neglect and leaves me to believe she was locked up alot and not given her all day play time that i paid for. I am requesting for at least half my money back for the neglect of her care and the condition she came home in and i feel like she did not get the care and services i paid for. I was told they need to review footage to see her condition that she left in because they were told she left clean. My pictures are all date and time stamped to prove these were taken immediately from pickup.

      We are so sorry for your visit with us.  We do see a partial refund was given by the previous management.  If you would like to discuss this further our manager, *******, will be back at the resort the week of August 18th and you can call and speak with her then.
