Vaccination Bundle purchased on 1/25/24 for 3 Vaccine Visits to include all vaccines for canine puppy and microchip/registration for $210 (advertised price, before tax and additional flea and tick prevention).Total purchase came out to: $255.10 My puppy and I went for 4 visits as the 3rd visit did not include the rabies vaccine due to my puppys weight at the time. I was asked to return in 4 weeks for her rabies and final bordatella + dewormer (3/10/2024). I returned with my puppy on 4/7/2024 and was provided a rabies tag for her rabies vaccine. When setting up information for my primary vet they requested vaccine updates and reached out to Vetco support as rabies were not administered as they were not listed as a completed vaccine on record. My vet office then relayed that it was never administered on 4/7/2024 to me - this is why a certificate was also never provided just a complimentary tag.I will now be having my puppy revaccinated at the office because her medical records are not clear. I was told that my puppy was fully vaccinated at my last visit, so why did I have to return and receive a tag if this wasnt the case?Business response

This is a customer service complaint. I do not have issue with the services provided. However, the care provider, named *********************** was rude and disrespectful to me. She became highly argumentative just because I noted that my cat was not aggressive and she employed a tone of entitlement in arguing that based on her 20 years of experience ***********. When I asked her to desist from arguing with me, she said: "you are not gonna tell me how to behave," and when I asked her for her name at the end of the ordeal, she told me three times to look for it in the receipt. I ended up asking her"what is your name?" And she did eventually produce it, but when I informed her that I needed it to file a complaint she rolled her eyes at me. This is unacceptable service. In case ***** cannot figure it out, my cats do not have money: I am the one who pays and who chooses where to go, and I will not be disrespected. This service was unacceptable and this woman should definitely not be in the care of anyone's pets.Business response

I am rejecting this response because it does not entail any resolution, other than further contacting them. All the information I may convey by phone was included in the original complaint. At this point, I refuse to deal with this company beyond the assistance of the BBB.
