In the Summer of 2023 I paid a total of ******* for Invisalign treatment. My treatment plan only required me to have only 1 tray not 2. November 2023 - when I had my imaging completed for my retainer, I asked for refund since I was overcharged on this treatment plan. January 30,2024, I met with the manager. At that time, she wrote down my credit card information and told me that I would receive a refund of 3200. A week passed, I called the office. The same manager told me that the refund could not be reissued to the card, they can only issue a check. I contacted the office for months. Either the manager was out of the office or it was a covering "manager" who was not aware of the situation but "would leave a note to follow up" . On July 25th, at my follow up dentist appointment, the manager again was not available. The receptionist did confirm that I do have a credit on my account and that a "refund" has been in process since March 10th, 2024. I've called, emailed, and even sent messages on the business website for follow up about my request and still no update on my refund.

I was charged ****** on 08/28/2023 to have my tooth extracted. I did not get my tooth pulled, and also I never received my money back. I also called and spoke to Brandon Smiles and told them I did not want any service at all from them because I disagreed with the treatment procedures. Brandon Smiles told me they would return my money, but they never did. I sent emails and voicemails as well, to no avail. I just want my money back.
