"Topline" serviced two of my vehicles. The bottom line, I was SEVERLY overcharged, and had to take my vehicles to other shops to have the service that topline performed actually done right.I first brought my **** ***** S10 Xtreme They did the alignment, I left, and immediately had issues. I contacted topline, and they told me to bring the truck back, and they would fix it. I drove my truck away after they "fixed it" the second time, and still had a steering wheel that was not centered, and a vehicle pulling to the right.I scheduled a third appointment, I called on a Thursday, and was told I could not be fit in until the next Wednesday. My suspension was clicking, and making weird noises that it had never made before, and it was NOT a priority.I could not wait a WEEK to go back a third time, so I went to another shop who fixed my alignment, and gave me stats to show me how far out my alignment was. One time and my truck drives straight.Let's move to my next vehicle that TopLine "fixed" for me.My 2006 Corvette needed TPMS sensors. It has custom wheels, and after the desk guy told me I should not bring my own sensors and "sold" me I agreed to have them install the 2 rear TPMS sensors that were bad. They are on low profile tires and it was going to cost me $290 to have them installed.When they installed them, they could not get their universal sensors to pair with my car and the ** sensors that were installed. So they used this "magic box" and synced two fake sensors to my front wheels, to (from what I was told) make sure their sensors were working correctly. Initially I had told the "sales" guy, I could bring them replacement sensors, and that all 4 wheels were about 10 years old so they should all be replaced, to which I was ensured, they did not all need to be replaced, just the rears.WELL GUESS WHAT. They called me, told me my car was READY, and when I got in my car, my two front wheels READ FLAT! They also torqued my lugs to almost 200lb/ft.
