**** installed white fence with 2 gates for me.The weather was rainy and he did not cement the polls holding the gates. He promised he will return when weather permits. He NEVER did. I approached him many times he scheduled many times but never showed up.***** cannot be closed as posts holding them drifted apart Its with heavy heart that I am posting my complaint however its been so many times that I called and scheduled and waited for ***** - he never showed up .Business response

Hello ************ this is *** with White Fence Company. As of February 2024 we are now under new management. I understand how much of a stressful situation this could be for a customer and how disrespected you may have felt after this interaction not only with our previous sales associates but our installers as well. This sort of poor quality from both sides of our business are no longer tolerated, and those members' employment status have been terminated. It was approx. 1.5 years ago we paid to have a automatic gate opener (purchase and installation), I have to find the exact receipt but it was approx. $1700. From the time it was installed, it never worked longer than 30 days. After many attempts to have it fixed, their solution was to give us a spare set of batteries that we have had to change out every 2-3 weeks to keep the gate opening.Now those batteries are no longer doing the trick. ****** the original person that did the install is no longer with the company, we also paid for a maintenance agreement where we have none of those physical checks throughout the year either. About 2 months ago, I put a poor review on ****** and ***** the new owner reached out and told me that he and ****** had a disagreement and ****** is no longer there. None of those maintenance visits were done. ***** said he would honor the maintenance agreement and if he had to replace the entire system if needed if I would then change my review and I said absolutely. His suggestion was to get a marine battery because the original batteries we were using are probably bad from having to charge so often. We then spent another $120 on a battery that still does not solve the issue. ***** was supposed to look at it a week ago and said he would text when he was on the way, never heard from him. Since then I've left 4 messages on 4 different days and still have no response from him. We are beyond frustrated dealing with this for over a year and half.Customer response

I typed in the amount wrong, it was closer to $1100, not $1700 and didn't know how to edit the submission.Business response
