June 2022 I bought an air conditioner from ******. He had installed one for my elderly parents. In which he broke a pipe flooded their condo and condo beneith them. I made the mistake of trusting him and purchasing one for us after. I was having issues with hot air. after new system installed. I kept reaching out to him. He simply said to put chemicals and **** with vacuum. I explained its a new system this should not be happening. Problem continued, he ghosted me. I just spent a lot of money taking care of problem. ****************. Stay away from them. He must of blocked me. Ive tried several times to get in touch with him. Goes straight to vm WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS.Business response

After unit was installed, we explained they have 1 yr labor warranty and 10 yr mfg warranty. We get calls about drain line clogs the most during summer which is a maintenance issue and normally a $65 service fee for the trip. Normally we will tell customers they still have the option of taking the drain lines themselves with their own shopvac, in good faith we still came out to their house and did not charge. When it is peak season for our customers we will try to get everyone but explain it will not be right away, we explained that we would not be out for two weeks but did not hear back. I am rejecting this response because:I contacted you two weeks before the warranty expired, you stated you were going to take care of it. You did not take my calls and I even offered to pay for the service but you did not reply at all.
I have no desire to ever do business with him again this is a very untrustworthy company. Beware!

We hired a contractor February of 2022, to remodel our home along with installing a new A/C system and duct work. Due to issues with the contractor we started investigating the work a bit closely and found some of the duct work was not replaced and the A/C was not blowing cold. We contacted *************************** and after numerous attempts he has still not remedy the situation. Furthermore the unit was not registered with Rheem and we have lost out on the original warranty. My circumstances seems all too familiar when reading the other complaints.Initial Complaint

On 9/24/22, *********************, the owner, Completed the job of installing central duct work air conditioning. Everything was New. Manufacture warranty is 10 years and LABOR warranty 1 year. Total amount paid was $8995. On June 8, 2023. I informed Mr. *** that the ** is the not cooling. He told me that I needed to clean the filters and the drain pipe, which my brother helped to do. The A/C wasnt still cooling. My brother took a look inside the unit that is in the garage and it was frozen and dripping water. I sent a video to Mr. *** and he ended up going until June 13,2023. He put some Freon and said that he needed to order the ** part was wasnt working. I sent him a copy of our contract. He didnt inform me how long it would take him to get the new part. On June 17, I sent him a picture of the thermostat so he can see the that A/c is not cooling again. And then another picture on 6/19/23 showing temperature at night time of 84* inside the house. On June 20, 2023 is when Mr. *** replacement the broken part. The A/C was cooling again, however, the system in the garage was still dripping water.I sent a video to Mr. *** and he said it was from when the system was frozen. A week later was and is still dripping.Every week I empty out the drain pan.I called to Mr. *** to inform him and he would give a date to go but then he wouldnt showed up.On July 11, 2023.I texted him a picture showing how high was my electricity bill due to time the ** wasnt working. so I really wanted him to show up to the day he was telling to see why the unit was still dripping . He replied by saying that I was free to look for a different company and blocked my number. My brother ****** contacted him and was able to speak to Dr. *** regarding the dripping issue. The first time my brother call Dr. *** he said the he was bitten by a spider.The following week his wife was in the hospital, the 3rd week he didnt answer.The 4th and 5th week he would call my brother.He doesnt answer to my brother now
