            I hired Roman Roofing to fix a small leak in my roof. They showed up and completed the work but, unfortunately, the leak continues and is even more pronounced now. I contacted my estimator, ******* ******** via text and telephone. He said he would be out to look at the problem but doesn't think it is their fault. I gave him the week and he never showed up. I texted him again on Sat, Oct 5th and again on Monday, Oct 7. At this time he continued to state it was not their problem and that my realtor should have no problem selling my home with this leak!! I paid all the monies they asked for ($1000 plus $30 to use a credit card). We are in west coast FL and he is saying IF we were to send someone out we wouldn't get to it for who knows how long. He is aware this house is for sale. He had all last week to fix this problem but chose to ignore it. I have now been forced to enter a contract with another roofer to fix this leak so I can sell my house. New contract is considerably more money but hopeful it gets done when they say it will. I have pictures of my contract, the damage before, the damage now and my text messages with *******. I have also filled out the request on line with Roman Roofing for repairs and explained the situation, so far no reply. I want my money back!!

            Roman Roofing finished our new tile roof just a week ago. They were so easy to work with, and we feel they went out of their way to make it a stress free experience! Everything they promised was done, the workers were quiet and polite, the clean up was exceptionally well done, and the roof is beautiful!I am picky but they were even more picky than me, so far as delivering a quality roof, on time, and no damage to our property in any way.Our streets are narrow and houses close together. They were masterful in handling all the big equipment and not inconveniencing any of our neighbors. The sales *** we worked with gave us 5 star attention and was available for any questions we had. Working around 2 hurricanes was done skillfully, protecting our investment and their workers as well.
