            Took the final test. I have been emailing for two days to see if I passed. No return email. The course was not worth my money that I put forth. The teacher was wrong on several gang facts and information. I have a felling I will never find out if I passed and will never receive my certificates. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

            ********, thank you for leaving us a review and appreciate your honesty but concerned about your comments. The course and final exam schedule was provided prior to, during and post class and your final results ( Grade 97% ) and digital certification package were emailed on 09-04-2024 to the agency email address provided and your physical certification package is being prepared for priority shipping to go out on 09-07-2024 where you will receive a tracking number, via email. This course has been attended by hundreds of officers from around the world with 5-Star Reviews from many. I would love to be provided examples of information you found to be wrong so that they can be reviewed for consideration. As you know, there are no black and white areas of gang enforcement with information being different from region-to-region so please send us those examples so we can review them. Please let us know if you prefer to not be Certified and have this Specialist Certification rescinded for a refund. Thank you again. ~ ***********************, CEO
