I purchased two auto open knives from Helly tec at the Greater American outdoor show this past year. The company was boasting a lifetime warranty but upon attempting to contact them through every source of contact to no avail I have turn to the BBB. They have disconnected all phone lines and have not reached out to follow up with their commitment to their so called lifetime warranty.Initial Complaint

Bought my knife from them about 3 months ago. It stopped working within a few weeks. I've sent repeated emails to their business with ZERO responses. All I'm looking for is a repair or replacement as per their "lifetime" warranty.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from them on April 25. I have been trying to contact them about my order because it has been in awaiting fulfillment since apr 25, I have tried multiple times to reach them, customer service is non existent, tried to call the number on the site, doesnt work. I dont know if they went out of business or what. If thats the case I wouldnt care about the product I ordered but the fact that they took the money out the day of? $90.99. If it was 9 dollars I wouldnt be worried about it but dang near 100$ cmon nowCustomer response

They finally responded and I got my product. No harm no foul! Sorry to send in a complaint. One of their employees reached out and said their email is down and website is down. They have been nothing but helpful. Have a great day!Customer response

Sent business a repair item under their lifetime warranty. Have UPS proof of delivery ( enclosed). Business does not respond to emails and has no phone number. The item is $100 knife. Also involved with this company for a purchase dispute through Visa.Initial Complaint

I purchased my knife a few years ago and it worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. I found that one of the springs inside the knife had failed (verified by hearing parts move inside and by opening the knife to find a broke spring.) I contacted the company via their website and have not heard back. On 05 December 2021, I sent another message regarding my issue as I am owed a lifetime warranty per my purchase and their warranty terms. I wish to hear back via email or by phone from this company. What I find odd is that their website shows " Customer Service **** ****** ********** rd, Unit **** Orlando, FL XXXXX" as their address, however BBB shows a different address. Either way, If I don't hear back from this company, I will no longer recommend them to friends, family, or military buddies.
