      HORRIBLE!!!!!The owner came to my house in error. AND entered my home without consent and when I approached him he proceeded to belittle berate and scare me by yelling at me and calling me a f***ing nasty B****.I filed a report with the sheriff. This is so unnerving based on all we are going through right now with the hurricane damage. I thought he was merely a technician/hired employee because an owner would never put his reputation on the line like that!!!!! So, I called the number on the side of the van and the man who answered the phone cut me off immediately and said he was the the technician and called me more names and hung up on me!!!!I will continue to tell my story about the complete and utter stupidity of the owner ****** Ervin at Ervin Air!!!! A simple apology as he was standing in my foyer..of the worn address, wrong street wrong house would have sufficed as opposed to me bing threatened and sworn about by him.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had a new AC unit installed by Ervin Air exactly 2 yrs ago this month. I have had to have them here 5 seperate times to unblocked the drain line. They keep telling me "its ******* weather" but I've lived in ******* nearly my whole life and had a previous ac unit in my same condo that never had a clogged drain line. Mr ********************** is screaming at me on the phone at the top of his lungs because I offended him saying he didnt install the unit properly because a clogged drain line every 7-8 weeks with a brand new ac is NOT normal. He refuses to come fix it becauae he says there is nothing wrong with it. I will be calling the local news stations to report him and the BBB. Then he called me a "fuc$#%@ cunt" and hung up the phone because I told him I was calling BBB, news stations and a lawyer!! He's got a few screws loose AND doesn't know how to install ac units!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!

      Harold E. is the owner of ***** Air, Inc. He was very polite and explained everything about pricing and time over our first conversation. After that, there were a few conversations where he was very agitated because his employees did not show up, he had to go get the company van, no one was in the office etc.
      I wasn't sure what to think by his behavior and ranted and raved to me about how bad his employees could be. Had he not been highly recommended, I would have walked away!
      The day came for installation. I had previously been told that my ductwork was full of holes and needed repair/replacement. I asked ****** to please take a look at it. He had one of his employees go up in the attic and 'repair' the holes. Had they told me just how bad the duct work was, I could of had them put new duct work in. Came back a second time and 'supposedly' repaired more holes. The reason for that was my bedroom is about 4 degrees hotter than my other rooms
      I have complained several times about how hot it was and that the unit 'never turned off!!' I only heard excuses as to why! I asked him to come change out the thermostat and he said it wasn't the thermostat, but my windows, the insulation in the roof etc. I tried to make him stop guessing at what he thought it was. He screamed at me to SHUT UP and just listen.
      He was suppose to come change out the thermostat but I canceled the appointment after he yelled at me.
      Two weeks ago, I had another a/c person go up in the attic to make more 'repairs'. He came down after a couple of hour and said "I'm wasting my time!" There are so many holes you really need new ductwork! Why didn't ***** Air tell me this. I paid $150.00 for them to 'repair!'
      Also, while he was here, he tested the a/c and found that it was 3 pounds low of freon! A brand new a/c that was installed in September 2021.

      On 7/19 I called Mr. ***** to tell him this information and again he got irate with me and hung up on me.

      Due to this customer's outspoken personal financial difficulties, Ervin Air gave her a heavily discounted price for a new A/C system and repair of rodent damage to her ductwork in September of 2021. In April of 2022 we were called back to her house because of additional damage to her ductwork caused again by rodents. She confirmed that the rodent problem was resolved and so we made the additional repairs at no additional cost to her. During this visit we checked out the entire system including freon levels and we found adequate pressures and the system running as it should. This was our last visit to this property and cannot confirm or deny that in July of 2022 that the unit was low on freon or that her ductwork had incurred further rodent damage as the customer called another A/C company rather than us and we cannot guarantee the integrity of another company.
