      I went to the dentist on oct 28th and oct 31st for work . On oct 31st my last visit I did let them know that the right side of my face didnt feel right very sore and swollen. I let it go for a few more days than pain started to spread over my jaw and ear on that side. I called Saturday emergency service answered I got an antibotic but nothing for pain sunday at 4pm i was in extreme pain due to the procedure i had to go to er dentist was unresponsive to his emergency pages. We scheduled a time for him to look which was 11/07 and a receptionist called advising he had a conference. I now have to go to another dentist for them to look this has never happened ever .dentist uncaring and unresponsive I would like to be refunded for the two procedures and the cleaning of 195 they can keep. I spent **** for everything and for me to leave and only be in pain is not the way to do business. Also, I find no practicing license number for the dentist that seen me. In addition I think they have people that are not licensed working on people. The younger kid that assisted doctor **** was not if I would have know they both would of not did my dental work period.

      ******* did have dental work done in our office on 10/31, she called our weekend answering service on 11/6 requesting an antibiotic which was promptly called in for her. She called back late in the evening asking for a narcotic which we cannot call in as it must be printed on security paper. She was advised to come into the office in the morning or go to an emergency care for the narcotic. On Monday morning we contacted the patient and she said she couldn't come in during the day. We made her aware that our doctors were going to a conference in the evening but the office would be open and she could come in and pick up the script, which she did. She did indicate that she had been to the emergency room and was insulted that she had to sit next to a "homeless person". She implied this was our fault.  In regards to her comment regarding our doctors licensing, all providers are fully licensed and all assistants have completed the necessary training required by the state to work in a dental office. There will be no refund as the doctor did complete the work.

      I am rejecting this response because: by law the narcotic tramadol, t did not need to be picked up on a prescription but could of simply been called in according to the pharmacist who had to call three time to get the correct instructions because it was written incorrectly.  They made no attempt to correct the issue and work with my schedule.i had to visit another dentist and get detailed xrays which I had to pay for out of pocket and get this corrected. Refund is requested for tooth number 31 work was not done satisfactory. Dentist schould of been more knowledgable and not waste my time on a core build up when I needed the root canal being so close to my nerve.

      The x-rays that were taken in our office did not indicate a need for a root canal, it is not uncommon for a tooth flare up after treatment. We are not responsible for the condition of your teeth when you came into our office, ************ did his best to assist you with conservative treatment.

      It is the policy of our office that we do not call in any kind of pain pill. Additionally, it is our policy to not put *** numbers on the script which does necessitate the pharmacy to call. This keeps a patient from calling in scripts for themselves when they have our *** number which has occured in the past. 

      There will be no refund, the doctor did the work.
