Would not recommend. Had Freedom install new vapor barrier 12/9/21. On 5/4/24 our ** was running but not cooling the house. Ultimate Cooling who installed new ** in 2023 came out same day (5/4/24) and found that the ** was working perfectly however when they checked under our house they found the ductwork had collapsed so nothing could circulate through it, including cool air.Freedom's only comment was that someone went under my house and wrecked the ductwork. We explained that it's not possible because after our new ** was installed, we enclosed access to under our house with chicken wire and no one has been under the house since then!They were adamant in their refusal to stand by there work. An elderly friend who lives nearby had a similar encounter with this company when they were told they needed a new vapor barrier but needed only duct work.Do not trust this company to do the right thing after installing vapor barrier and ductwork which was in good working order until more than a year after we replaced our ** and that is just NOT good enough. Freedom came, looked at the collapsed ********, took pictures of it and told us someone had been under the house which we explained is mot possible

We installed a new vapor barrier in ******************** your complaint and your A/C was replaced in 2023. Now in 2024 your claiming that we should replace your collapsed air ducts, after you had a new A/C installed, who by the way, have to remove the air ducts from the old unit and put back on to the new unit. Would it not be safe to say that the company, who is an a/c company, that worked on and with your failing ducts be responsible for what has happened here? How is it something we should repair for free just because we installed a new vapor barrier 3 years ago? The ac was working fine for 3 years after we did our job but somehow we are responsible for fixing an issue that has nothing to do with what we did under your home? This claim is ******** and is un no way something we are responsible for doing. It is alarming that you would expect our company to take responsibility for this. And quite frankly unfair that you would give us this review in attempt to slander our good name. We are very customer oriented and try our very ******** to make every customer happy, but we are not in the business of fixing other contractors issue at no cost just to appease prior customers and save them from the problems not caused by us. How are they not responsible for this if they were the last ones tyo have worked on the exact thing you are having problems with. This claim is unjust and untrue and we deny any involvement in the collapsing of your air ducts. Please remove this review and complaint immediately BBB review board and help us with keeping such a false and unjust negative **** from becoming public. I dont understand how this claim is justifiable. Please advise. 

Our AC was installed in 2023 without going under the house other than immediately at the edge of the house to connect to existing ductwork and worked perfectly for over a year. When they came this year they found a solid connection immediately under the edge of the house and the blowout approximately 10 feet under the house.
