See pics False advertising. Item ordered not delivered, a cheap imitation was. I want these people to stand by what they sell. Enough is enough.Business response

I ordered 10 Heel Tastic Sticks on August 7, 2021. The company charged my Discover Card immediately and emailed me a confirmation of my order. After a couple months I called and they said they could either refund my money or I could wait until they got the product from overseas as it was delayed because of COVID. I said I'd wait as this is the only place I can find this product anymore. It used to be in stores but I can't ever find it now. So then after about three more months I tried to call to say I would like a refund and can not get them to call me back. I've been calling XXX-XXX-XXXX, the number listed on their web site. I've also e-mailed them asking them to call or return my e-mail and I get nothing. The other 2 numbers I had for them are no longer working numbers. And the website says it doesn't recognize my account and won't let me start a new account as it says they are no longer opening new accounts. Which makes no sense if they are still in business. I filed a dispute with my Discover Card but they just said they were unable to settle the matter in my favor and put the charge of $90.39 back on my card.Initial Complaint

This company is not delivering the product I paid for. I would like a refund because based on the Many other reviews from buyers, I will not be seeing this product. Another issue is that I ordered Alien Tape from them - they seem to have changed the name to Magic Tape. All I get from them now are email messages stating: Hello. Your package is still in transit and should arrive within 10-15 days due to recent delays. Thank you so much for your patience. This product was ordered on January 3. It is now February 15, and there is Still nothing. Please help me get a refund so that I can purchase this product from a reputable and honest retailer. Thank you!Initial Complaint

Hi- I submitted an online order on 11/25/21 for a tumbler. The order # is XXXXX and the total amount was $24.00 On 12/1, I received notification via email that the item has been shipped. For several days I continued to check the status of the shipping and it just said that "Shipping label created". On 12/13, I emailed the customer support email (************@discovery.com) as there is no customer service phone # and explained that it had been 13 days since I was told the order had shipped. I asked to have a new one mailed to me. The auto email response back said to wait 1-3 days for a response.On 12/15, I followed up w/ another email asking how we could get the issue resolved. No response back. On 12/27, I followed up with another email explaining that I had not heard back from anyone and asked for a refund. No response back as of yet.I am just looking to have my order canceled and get a refund. The fact that there is absolutely no one to call and no one responds to emails is not acceptable.Thank you for your help on this.Initial Complaint

I Purchased on Ebay the TOUCH ONCE HANDS-FREE AUTOMATIC HANDY CAN OPENER BY: "AS SEEN ON TV" It was a Christmas Gift for my Grandmother. It is cheaply made of Cheap Chinese Plastic and it broke on the First Use and was not even strong enough to open the tin can. It was Brand New still sealed in the original plastic packaging. I have photos to show the broken Can Opener. Also what I paid for it on Ebay. I cannot return it to the Ebay Seller as it was not damaged by them as it was in the original packaging. This was as I said a Christmas Gift for my Grandmother who is 81 years old. She was very upset and hurt by the Can Opener Braking. I was upset and embarrassed as I gave her one of the gifts she really wanted. I wanna thank the Company for ruining my Christmas and my Gram's Christmas. Now I get harassed by family and friends about giving Gram the broken Christmas Gift.
