Please see attached for the Rules of the Park regarding pets.  ******************** has 2 dogs and they are over the 35 lb limit.  One of the dogs was not registered with the park office as required.  In addition, the dogs are considered an aggressive breed and only non-aggressive dog breeds are allowed in compliance with our rules and our insurance.

I am rejecting this response because:

I believe I was in my right to have a second dog the contract I signed said 2 dogs per house hold no larger than 60 pounds and nether one is on the band dog list and l can prove it. So not sure we're your getting false information please check your dog rules from the time l moved in I will take this to court. Maybe you can tell me is it legal for the manager to have fundraising to collect money for themselves and if you don't give they kick you out and iam not the only one that thinks this I did not break any rules  .  Thank you  *************************

      Sincerely,

Wilder Corporation dba rvresorts.com and Blue Parrot RVResort RE: Refund - Unfair & Deceptive Business Practices ****************************** On Nov 17, 2021 we visited Blue Parrot RV Resort and Maggie gave us a map to look at some RV sites that were available for Dec 14th-Jan 3rd for our daughter Julianna Martinez and her baby. We selected site 170 and Maggie said we could just pay a weeks deposit or the full amount for the 3 weeks of $810.00 She also informed us that even though it was mostly adults there they would allow our daughters child and small dog. On Nov 23, 2021 we called to cancel the reservation and we were told for the first time there was a no refund policy. Looking through Blue Parrot RV Resort website we didn't see a no refund policy, but easily found the 9 page Wilder RV Resorts Rules & Regulations that also doesn't state a no refund policy. It's also very difficult navigating the website, it kept bringing up info on their Wilder RV Resort Texas properties instead, even through we were on the Blue Parrot website. The manager Sherri called back on Nov 23rd and stated again they have a no refund policy and claimed it's on their rates page of their website (see attached rates page we saw) - it's not stated there. She stated we might be able to get a partial refund, but it would have to get their corporate office approval. Enclosed documents show no properly disclosed refund policy, Blue Parrot RV Resort markets being an "RV Resort," per Florida Statue 513.01 defines the difference between a Mobile home park and Recreational vehicle park/RV Resort. They are clearly an Adult Only mobile home park which they don't disclose clearly on their website. It's unfair and deceptive how they operate their business misleading consumers.

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/01/12) */ The reservation in question was made for *****************, by her parents the *****'s. The *****'s came to the resort personally and chose the site. They were in our office for several minutes at two different times that day. "No Refunds" is clearly posted on the wall that the customer faces (file attached). Additionally our web site states our cancellation policy. You can go to ******************************************, click on our "Rates" tab and scroll down to "Refund Policy". I cannot attest to a specific conversation, but it is our policy to tell customers our no refund policy and to tell them that if for some reason they can't travel as planned we will give them a ROLLOVER to be use any time within a year of the initial reservation. I hear our CSR's repeat this consistently to customers making a reservation. We have issued a ROLLOVER for this reservation to be used anytime until December 14, 2022. Please let me know if there is any further documentation that I can provide. Sheri G., Manager Blue Parrot RV Resort
